What a picture perfect moment. For Chibi's birthday we got her a kennel pad so that we could put it up on the hearth and create a new "bed" for her so she can join us in the living room. She loves it!!! She is just so sweet when she is all snuggled up being a cute little pugger.
We are still working at keeping her off the couch... no help from Mama since I'm such a sucker and love to let her "cheat". But we are all getting better at discipline and trying to be consistent with no couch time. Chibi only succeeds when we remember to put the tin foil on the couch cushions when we are gone. Turns out she can't stand the stuff. But if we forget... it's on. We come home to find a happy Weeb's at the door, a big dent in the back cushion (warm to the touch) and then a tucked tail and ears little doggie hiding away from us. Ugggggg. Maybe she'll catch on and start preferring the living room "bed" over the couch. One can hope right?

Oh how we love our Weebies!! I had to send this to her Uncle Clay immediately so he could see her too. When Chibi stayed with Auntie Kimmie and Uncle Clay, we were VERY lax about the no couch rule and she loved to take naps with Uncle Clay who only worked part time back then. Oh the memories!! I got a chuckle out of the fact that you tin foil the couch when you leave. FUNNY STUFF!! I will hope Chibi likes the new bed. It looks comfy.
